Moving this sawmill is as easy as attaching the mill to your pickup. The heavy duty Quick-Set outriggers allow you to set up the sawmill in minutes. Logs can be loaded onto the mill with a tractor, or loaded with the manual winch.
The LT40 handles logs 36 inches in diameter by 21 feet long, plenty of capacity for most logs you'll encounter. The welded box steel frame provides a rock solid foundation for the biggest logs.
4 adjustable side supports and the clamp secure the log, and allow you to cut within an inch of the bed.
When you're ready to begin sawing, the up/down lever on the Operator controls moves the head up and down with 1/16th of an inch accuracy. The blade is engaged manually and is moved through the log with the variable speed power feed system.
The water lube system keeps your blade in optimal cutting condition, and is simply activated by turning the knob to let the water flow down from the 5 gallon tank. The adjustable blade guide arm allows you to easily move the blade guide from the operator's position.
The LT40 Manual comes with plenty of power to cut hardwoods and softwoods. Engine upgrades are available as well to increase production.
